The team behind the film project War After the War Ends recently met with prominent human rights activist and entrepreneur Kah Walla in Douala.

During the meeting, the delegation shared the core vision and objectives of their upcoming movie, emphasizing the need for psychological and social healing even after a physical war ends. The discussion highlighted how invisible emotional wounds persist long after conflicts cease and why storytelling is critical to addressing them.

Kah Walla commended the collaborative effort of La Liberté Arts Group, EyaLingo, and DAV Media, congratulating them on taking on such a vital project and pledging her full support for their endeavors.

As part of the visit, the team presented her with an autographed copy of the novel written by Ebai Derick, which serves as the foundational story for the film adaptation.
